Starting from May 7 2018, first-time Visa cardholders can enjoy a HK$26* instant taxi-fare discount for their first ride booked via the DiDi app and receive one electronic coupon valued at HK$26 for their next taxi ride. The coupon will be valid until June 7, 2018.

Caroline Ada, Visa General Manager, Hong Kong and Macau, said: “Hong Kong commuters value their time. Time saving is one of the reasons why many choose to take taxi. Passengers paying with Visa can experience instant rewards and cost saving. Commuters do not have to wait for days to enjoy the discount. Visa will continue to introduce more benefits that will enable convenient and secure digital payments for Hong Kong commuters.”
