Visa, a global leader in digital payments, has partnered with ELEMENTS to launch the ELEMENTS x Visa - Instant Earn Program for shoppers, enabling them to earn rewards instantly whenever they pay with a Visa card. This collaboration combines the innovative Visa Loyalty Solutions with ELEMENTS’ prime location to deliver a simple, digital loyalty experience for residents and travellers from Chinese Mainland and around the world.

Under the partnership, shoppers in ELEMENTS no longer need to queue at concierge counters, upload receipts, or scan QR codes on printed receipts to earn their loyalty rewards. Through Visa Loyalty Solutions, points are earned automatically upon spending, creating an effortless and enriched shopping experience that reflects evolving consumer expectations for speed and simplicity.

Hong Kong is seeing stronger visitor flows and renewed demand for seamless shopping experiences. The Hong Kong Tourism Board reported 49.9 million visitor arrivals in 2025, a 12% year-on-year increase1. According to Visa’s Consumer Payment Attitudes Study 5.0 (CPAS 5.0) 2, inbound travellers rank convenience and ease of use among the most important factors in a payment method when travelling (27%), while 45% associate credit cards with earning rewards. From today until 31 May 2026, ELEMENTS CLUB members who make their first purchase of HKD100 or more using a linked Visa card, and successfully earning ELEMENTS POINTS automatically will receive an HKD10 ELEMENTS e-Voucher.
