After a short period of inactivity or if you close your browser window, you’ll be automatically signed out of your session. To continue, you’ll need to start your session again.
For your convenience and to ensure you are able to easily access the one-time code on the device you are using while paying, we send the code to both your phone and email. You can use the code sent to either your phone or email to complete your purchase.
You may update your phone number on the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal to make sure you receive the one-time code. Follow steps below to update your mobile phone number.
If the number on your profile is correct and you are still experiencing issues receiving the one-time code, this could be because your service carrier is blocking SMS alerts. We recommend that you check with your service carrier and review the SMS settings to allow notifications from short code 86301.
Please note that when you request a one-time code to be sent to your mobile number, for your convenience Visa also sends the one-time code to your email address associated with Visa’s Click to Pay. To ensure you are able to continue with your payment using Click to Pay, you could also check your email.
The security of your information in Visa’s Click to Pay is extremely important to us. To ensure the security of your information, our fraud and risks systems prevent access to the information after a certain number of log-in attempts with an incorrect one-time code.
Please wait for some time and trying logging in again.

Yes, you can choose to enable this feature by selecting Remember Me. Then you can skip entering your email and a one-time code to access the cards you set up for Visa Click to Pay. It’s a great way to make your checkout experience even faster and easier—you won’t have to enter your 16-digit card number and other payment information. ‘Remember Me’ works for all online store websites displaying the Click to Pay icon where Visa is accepted. This feature is not recommended for shared devices.
By selecting Remember Me, Visa will remember you on that browser and device and you can skip verification on that device and browser the next time you click to pay with Visa. This means that you’ll be able to see the Visa cards, email, names, phone numbers, and addresses you set up on Visa Click to Pay and you won’t need to enter a one-time code to check out. For your security, we’ll still ask you to re-verify in certain situations such as updating your personal info.
Go to My Device Settings to change your settings at any time. This feature is not recommended for shared devices.
We’ve evolved the Trust this Device feature into Remember Me to improve your checkout experience. Previously, you had to choose ‘Remember me’ to be remembered on the device and also choose ‘Trust this Device’ (or ‘Stay Signed In’) to be able to skip entering a one-time code in order to check out. Now you can do this by simply turning on Remember Me. You can adjust your Remember Me settings anytime by signing in to Visa Click to Pay consumer portal and going to the My Device Settings section on the My Card Details screen.
You may see updates to your saved cards as we aim to bring you an easy, smart and secure online checkout wherever you see the Click to Pay icon . Some existing Visa Checkout users may need to re-verify themselves through one-time codes when clicking to pay for the first time. All Visa cards stored in your Visa Checkout account will be available for use where Visa is accepted. You can set up new cards to pay with Visa Click to Pay at a participating online store at checkout. Visa will only transfer your Visa cards to Visa Click to Pay. If you have American Express or Mastercard cards, you’ll just need to set up your card the first time you use it with Click to Pay.
